gilmore drive

i bought one for my clevo when i was at summernats. its a toothed belt drive with matching pulleys for your crank water pump and alternator( p/s and a/c if u have it) and replaces the vee belt setup. they are alot more stabe at higher rpm than a vee belt and with a reduction in crankshaft pulley size u can gain some power.

The Gilmer Drive system is a combination pulley and drive belt system that has been widely used in supercharger applications for many years. It can also be used for any external drive belt such as oil pumps and ancilliaries.
They are robust, durable and perform well in extreme conditions and were the mainstay of top fuel dragsters until a few years back when new composite materials and 13,000 rpm blowers became the norm.

Cheers
