Head Bolt Torque

Hey guys, I need to know what the torque specs for head bolts are in ft-lbs. I know it is 40Nm + 90 degrees, but what about ft-lbs? The torque wrench I bought is in ft-lbs and the conversion tables I have conflict each other. Thanks.

Straight from my FORD conversion table,

1 Nm = 0.738 ft-lbs

40 X 0.738 = 29.52 ft-lbs

Use some ARP moly-lube on the threads and under the bolt head and you'll be as close as you can to the torque you require.

If that is the way it says in your handbook, then that's the way I'd go.
