Heater Prob!!

when i turn the dial to cold it still blows hot air in the back?

any ideas?

I'd say that there is some kind of vacum problem. check the hot water valve, there should be like a plunger type unit there. Check to see if the vacum line is on, and that the plunger is working. It could also be yuor blend door sensor, at the top of the heater box, if thats the case, it's out with the dash.
