HELP!! Blinker arm got broken off today! Blinkers still work (with great difficulty) , but no high beam and no LOW BEAM! Low beam hasn;t worked since thing broke off, not sure if it caused it tho. I have checked fuses, all seem ok. Any ideas ppl? Its the weekend 2morrow and as far as i know, there aren;t any servicing places open (ford 1's)....what a bitch.

go to a wrecker and buy a replacement combo switch, take you 20 mins to install yourself, just need to remove steering wheel, unplug the switch, remove the switch, and reverse

BTW Mad Melon you're meant to play those gymnastic games with your lover in the back seat; there are too many things like indicators stalks to get boken in the front seat.

wasn;t me who broke it.....mum did it -was zeroing the trip meter outa the servo (trying to do to many things at once coz we were hella late) and the gutter there is hella steep....had hand in on button then as we hit gutter came down hard on the blinker thing.

Hmmm sound plausible; 30 years ago I broke one on my first car with foot while playing around in the back seat so I thought you might have a similar story..
