gday,
just wondering if any of you blokes know what i have to plug into this bit on my holley 600 v\s as i have no idea what it is for and my engine runs alright but i dont have anything left to connect it too.

this is your vacuum advance port.connect it to the diaphragm of your distributor.

hmmmm, i got my dizzy plugged into another vacuum port
which one do i use??
do i just block the other one off??
whats the best way of doing this??

use the one on the metering block for vacuum advance applications. Another port exists on the base plate of holleys and it is this which you are probably using right?Disconnect and plug it as this is not a ported outlet and will advance your timing too far.

i just changed the vacuum port and blocked off the other
redone the timing and is as good as gold
alot smoother then before
