Help Please! My van thinks its a Kangaroo...

Hi

I have a 04 Ford Transit Connect TDDI,

On two very cold mornings this week i've had some issues with my van.

It constantly kangaroos, it has very little power so i cant get out of second gear, after 45 mins to 1 hour it does improve.

Any suggestions as to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Kelvyn

See if you can get some codes off of it, but it sounds sort of like it could be a fuel delivery problem.
