Ok guys, i need some help.

I have a 67 fairlane that hasnt moved in a good few years. After some tlc i was able to get the car started and running decent.

Poblem is, when i went to move the car around to make so tranny was working and whatnot i noticed that the car wasnt moving easily. I gave some gase and sh moved but i noticed that the front drivers side wheel was just slidding on the ground and not actualy turning. After another try i was able to get it to turn when moving in reverse but it still felt like it was being held tight. When moving foward it would not spin, and just slid foward.

After taking the wheel off there was just no getting the drum off. I sprayed it all down good with PB blaster and gave her the hammer for nearly 30 minutes and nothing. This drum is on solid crazy.

So, can anyone offer me some advice on what to do??? I need to free this wheel up quickly. Do you think its a brake issue, or a rusted up drum issue? How the hell can i get the drum off if i cant even get the wheel to turn under the power of the motor??

This one has me scratching my head so it would be a huge help if i could get some advice.
