Hemis for ford Blocks have been round since the early Sixties, Micky Thompson developed some for the FE motors based on Chrysler Hemi heads, but Cast in Aluminium.
Then there the Boss 429 Heads....

But Christ, $20,000 a pair assembled? They look like they're machined from Billet though... Thats a whole lotta time on a 5 axis mill....
