holley ID

Can anybody help ID the following holley
5269 and 6210-3 stamped on main body and(7204,4 ,L6919, 8101) onr one of the metering blocks and(7866,62103, 35) on the other..any takers?

It is a type 4165 carby, 650 Spread Bore. 60 primary jets, 83 secondary jets and a size 85 power valve.

I dont have this holley in front of me , does that make it a dp?
What do the the numbers on the metering blocks mean?
