Hot Weather No Good for AP's Machine
Having the Trickflow intake and all works real well, but come these hot days and good old heat soak the engine loses major herbies. Next to no chance of fitting an insulator because of bonnet clearance. I hate getting used to some power and then losing it!

I have some ideas, however I'd be interested in hearing some ideas from others here.

I have used some insulation board thats 10/ 12 mm thick.I have to cut it out useing gasget and jig saw..

Iff you want I can get you some board..

I;m still waiting for my T.F.S inlet !! No wander she's got low klm's on it. haha

Have you thought about getting the intake manifold Jethot/ceramic coated?

Yea not sure it will work that way around.Where will it insulate?[from what to what?]
Good for keeping heat in as in exhaust etc...

My thoughts exactly!

Kills a couple birds with one stone:

+ vents engine bay

+ looks damn good!!!

+ makes your car very unique (not that it isn't already :s6: )

- it may make the car look abit more conspicuous... hut hey
