My rims are starting to get a build up of grime on them that won't come off with just regular washing/scrubbing.
Can anyone give me any ideas about the best way to give my rims a really, really good cleaning please?

For Chrome wheels Metho on some cotton woll works really well.

For alloy mags try a bit of sponge and some bug n tar remover then wash it off with truck wash etc

For clear coated alloy wheels use the bug n tar then the car wash then Meguires Paint cleaner and then wet look polish. Thats what i do to mine and they come up sweet. nice and shiney

Paint cleaner works very well.
I have open spokje wheels
easy to keep clean.

Meguiars NON ACID MAG WHEEL CLEANER works wonders. Just spray it on leave it for 30 secs and hose it off.

I heard Fly spray is good for getting just about anything off. Might hurt your mags though.

Casper - buy some of PHILBIE"S MAG CLEANER (TM) I am dead serious it works a treat.

Spray it on, wait 30 secs and hose off......
