Im thinking about buying the old man's ef fairmont ghia. Its currently auto. I am considering changing it to a manual setup.
Can you tell me how hard it is to change the transmission setup?
What transmission do i need to buy?
What do i need to change? E.g ecu etc??
And what parts do i need to buy???
and how much approx is it to complete??.
How much different will it go?

2k all up, $1000 for all the bits plus new clutch plus momo knob, plus factory console, plus leather bit around the shifter plus fitting

You need, ghearbox, bellhousing, clutch, pressure plate, crossmember (maybe not!) shifter, wireing loom (should come with gearbox), flywheel and the bolts :) that's about it imho
