One of my lifters died today, ... i drove down to work to put new spark plugs in it, fitted them and when i started it up it had the biggest lifter tick ever..... pulled the rockers of, and pulled the lifters apart. i found a inside the lifters there is a ball bearing, this has a spring behind it, its a one way valve, one of the springs had calaposed and was letting the oil run out of the lifter... replaced spring cleaned all lifters in a strong solvent, and re-fitted, even cleand the shims

You seem like a very mechanicaly minded person INJECTED250, it's a shame you can't be soo informative in your threads.

I aintalled an air freshener in my car on the weekend, but thats easy. Write a tutorial, and i'll make sure it's put to use!!
