Jez, yep, its built into the idle motor on the CFI's.
To test the switch you will need to refer to yer manual for the correct pin and wire colours... from what i can remember,
one of the pins acts as a simple switch, 12V when open and 0V (grounded) when closed.. Green/white i think it is. You will need to do this test from the ECU connector with the ISC connected and ign on!
