Injector Prices

Hello. called Ford to ask about cost of new injectors for a EA 3.9multipoint he said $235.00 sounds cheaper then cleaning the old ones. U guys think the ford ones are better or should i clean the old ones ? Can the AU falcon or EF-EL ones fit in the EA will there be in difference like missing or somethin.
