Thumbs up Installin Weber Carby into Escort

Hello guys ive got some problems. had a look at installing the gt weber carby from Red I on the escort problems ive ran into is where do i hook up the charcoal canster stuff "carburettor" to the carby coz on the standaed motor craft one a pipe goes from the carby to the canister. btw its got a ram flo air filter meaning i cant attaceh the filter connection to the canister or could i ?? and how do i hook up the auto choke water hoses? looked in the repair manuel but useless as they dont explain much. tnx

Dammmmm the mechanic said it cant fit on the car what a load of BS now my $%$@ dad has gone hard headed and goes its not made for this escort and #$$ GT carby worth shit. now iam stuffed is that true it cant fit iam i dealing with #$ heads.

I have finally givin up. wait till i get my own esky. looked under the car found out our tank has a return line told the old man farr$#@ now he has a new answer for every questions. let that be lesson if u have a hard headed father dont bother with any mods. now he says the auto choke is hard to hook up and the car could blow up. yer put the auto choke around his neck %# lol

Is this carby a factory 1.6 Weber or a 2.0L Weber, just I cant remember a 1.6L Weber using water for the choke.

its a GT weber carby from the 1.6 GTs just problems are on how to hook up the charcol canister and tell the old man it does work

BTW went to carby place coz they said auto choke cover is to rusty they want 75 bucks for one
