Ive heard a bitta talk about the air filters worth upgrading on my Falcon S (multipoint man) to the K&N. I just wondering what u guys have for opinion on this.

I'm not going to beat around the bush.

On a standard motor, you will be lucky to notice the difference in performance. Also, if you don't have it sucking in cold air, you will probably loose power.

The only real advantage is that fantastic roar.

Well hell a fantastic roar still sounds more powerfull hehe. And if I had some cold air pumpin in then it would be alright eh ??
