Exclamation Leaks Galore

Hi, I just traded my ef falcon for a au2 fairmont, i'm starting to worry i bought a sour grape, i've had it for 3 months now and its starting to leak oil and radiator coolant, i am about to replace some of the seals to the water pump where i suspect the coolant is coming from, is there a common problem with this car on leaks or have i overlooked something, please help!

The o-ring on the pipe going to the rear of the water pump is a common problem. Many were fitted wrong from the factory. As for oil leaks, the oil pressure switch leaking is fairly common on AU's. Also try tightening the sump bolts, they work loose over time. Mal.
