Little hole in Extractor

Re: Little hole in Extractor

Get a plate welded over the hole.
You can also get heat proof paint specifically for exhausts and engines.
Doesn't last a long time though.

Re: Little hole in Extractor

You could also drill the hole to make it round and regular then tap it and put a short bolt in it to plug it.

Re: Little hole in Extractor

Hahahhaahah, oxy sensor.
Sorry, id just take it to your exaust shop and get him to either weld a plate on it as said by EBXR, or just weld up the hole.

Re: Little hole in Extractor

The problem with the big extractors for esky's is the fact they are so damn close to the ground and easily hit speed bumps (know from experience). There really isn't much you can do, especially if lowered right down (like mine was.. reach up under guard to touch the top of the low profiles on 13x7" hotwires).

Just oxy it up and make sure its a decent amount, or plate it.

Be careful over speedbumps.
