Lynx Ram flo filter

Hello guys i was just given a ram flo for my esky and was wonderin if i hook up the oil breather thing and the filter to canister connection would that be ok, like would the cops or vic roads give a rats??
coz i made holes in the base for the emissions shit so techniclly its still runnin the emmisions stuff so is that ok u reckon??
