hey guys,

lately i have seen an abundance of holdens with chrome m3 mirrors on them..
to cut a long story short i rekon they are great and wanted to fit some to my ef xr6..
i have located some that are of universal fit at autobarn and i was wondering if anyone knew of any ford drivers that has fitted them.

of the few commodores that i have seen with the mirrors they are a great fit.
i just dont want mine to look really dodgy as ive seen on some lancers etc..you know when the mirror triangle doest properly follow the angle of the side window...

dont flame me.... i honestly think they would look awsome and not out of place.

my future exterior mods are as follows:
colour coding of all panels ( galaxy blue )
m3 chrome style mirrors
custom made lexus style taillights ( currently getting prices on )
ssl king springs
EL xr8 rear wing ( the ef one sits like a commodore ss wing )
el gt rims
de-badging and replaced with chrome ba xr6 badges....
trust me it'll be spomething special .. jsut wait for the interior did someone say full yellow with fibreglass dash.... ;o)

Dont take this as flaming, merely constructive criticism. I think that if you colour code your entire car, the chrome mirrors might ruin the smooth looks of it all.

you might need chrome rims and or a shiney chrome strip down the side of your car.
might be a good one for the photoshop forum...id like to see it.

the reason why alot of comodores have these mirrors is because they are generally very square and horoble in these cars, where as the standard EF mirror, i think look very good and are nice and rounded, which flow very well with the car
