well as the topic says I managed to crack the cone of my sub last night, but all is not lost, I wet and got a Rockford fosgate 12" just the bottom one and it sounds way better then the pioneer ever did. I'm happy now. and now I have pritty much got all rockford gear in my wagon, which i was aiming at, so WOO HOO!!!

I just put a Kicker Impulse sub and amp into my car, happy with it too...

Rockford Fosgate is good gear, good for you, enjoy it!

thanks, yer its always handy having some BASS, i drove around last night (I was out cruzin) with out any and dam I nilly turned my stezza off cos it sounded so wrong :(

Yeah, I had to disconnect my amp yesterday since I was remounting it in a different pozzy, and I had to do alot of driving without my sub and amp, and oh my god, I couldn't live with it. I refused to turn my stereo on because like CATman said, it just sounded sooo wrong...

Rockford Fosgate... Very nice. How much did you pay for a bottom range 12"???

catman, is it a Punch 12"?

i have a Punch HE 12", RFP3412, and im VERY happy with it... goes very hard for what i paid for it.

as the story goes though, i might delegate this sub to bedroom duties soon and get something else for the car.... hmmm!
