Manifold to suit 1600 with twin dellorto's

I have a 1600 escort, and I have a set of twin 40 dellorto's. I have no manifold. Who? How? Where can I get one at a reasonable price? This is pretty much the only problem that I have and if anybody could help me please let me know thanks.
