I think they are, but i would like to know what difference they made for him.
I'm using HM headers on my AU1 XR8

yep they are pacemaker 1 5/8. As for improvement well the car pulls harder and swings easier from about 3500 to 5000rpm, infact in power it used the change at about 4600 but now It changes right on 5000. Fuel economy has improved to a level I didnt think was possible from these engines, (8.8lt per 100km with the cruise on at 118km/h) top end speed has alot improved a hell of alot also, not that it's usefull for anything.

Well worth the $$$ IMO

Nice pic of the engine there. No doubt the ceramic coated headers will do wonders for the engine bay temperature as well.

Oh yeah i noticed you don't have the cover plate on top of the engine and the 5litre emblem missing. :s3 :s3

BOF am i correct in beleiving the pacemakers arent ceramic coated??? I know the bluey color is stock because i have a new set sitting in the shed for my 360.
Id like to grab a set of pacemakers though for my AU.

Hey,

BOF got the extractors from me. I'll put it this way.... it was cheaper for BOF to pay me the money for the extractors, and the courier, plus a little extra for me, than it was for him to get them himself.

EF Falcon Guy - his car is an EB.. on the EB and ED's there was no "5 litre" emblem on the manifold.... the BBQ plate actually covers the area where the emblem goes
