i've only just bought my 99 au xr6 and i was comparing interiorswith my mate's car his is a 98 auto.he's got a courtesy light on the ignition so you can see to put the keys in, also he has variable speed intermitent wipers, my car has neither there is a hole where the light would be and that's all.surely you would'nt have to option these basic functions???

Get yourself off to dick smiths for a U Bute HIGH OUT PUT LED With a risistor so it can handle 12 volts going into it and you can light up your ignition any color you like! bright flooro blue, sunset red, deep red, green, amber, are just to mention a few, now you come to mention it i may just change the color of mine just to tart things up a little. A pretty sunset red would be the order of the day! I have s..t loads of these little Lights with resistors solderd ready to go and i can tell you these little suckers give out shit loads of light for there size, just ask my wife about my entertainment unit!

PS, on the other hand dont because she just brought a lovely waterfall that tricles water down rocks, and low and behold it uses a 12volt transformer for the little water pump that operates the waterfall, she hasnt used it yet, and i couldnt resist but to chop the cord and use the transformer for my U BUTE LEDs in the entertainment unit, she hasnt asked "YET" how i did it but loves the look LOL! But when that box gets opend ill be an orphan looking for someware to live!
