Well.....It looks like I cant check out how many Kms i have done with a full tank anymore....Somehow my odometer is not showing up. I was wondering if it has a fuse or the bulb has blown. Its weird because the rest of the instrument display is showing up. By the way its a Futura series 2 if that helps...

I hope someone with more knowlodge can help me and tell me if its something easy to fix or costly....I hope its just a fuse.

I think it might just be the globe. Try and shine or torch on the display and see if you can read it then.

To replace the globe, you have to take out the instrument cluster.

Have a look at www.fordmods.tk for some info on removing it...

I tried your tip and i can see the kms....I think its going to be a pain changing that stupid globe but it might be worth it coz i like the look of the neon dash....Thanks mate!!

Yeah, Its not really that hard to change the globe - Will take you roughly 15 Minutes to pull everything apart, and replace.

The globe is a small lil 0.5Watter, that can be bought from most servo stations, or can be bought from Ford, with Bulb holder for $4.00

Gawd, that happened to me in my EL probably about a year and a half ago now.

I think that the service technician said it was just the globe, which was fixed under warranty back then...

So *fingers crossed* its just the globe :)
