O2 sensors and EGR???

I have a 1999 Ranger XLT..with 100,000 miles on it. I want to replace the O2 sensors and the EGR valvle but I can't seem to find the EGR valve and I was told there are 3 O2 sensors but I only see one in the exhaust and one by the Catylitic converter....please help.

Please refreash my mem, whats an EGR Valve...?
I assume the "O2 sensors" or oxygen sensors... Later and thankx.
