lordofdavipers Registered User Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: Georgia Posts: 8	off-road package question I am looking into purchasing a new truck (ford f150 or 250 supercrew) but I want an off-road package. From my little automotive knowledge I have come to find that there are two, maybe three, types of off-road packages: 4x4 Fx4 Sx4 (i think it is called) Regardless, what is the significant differences between 4x4 and Fx4 and any other ford offroad packages? I was told something about skid plates???? is one of them. Please help me out and let me know which package will be best for me for a new ford off-road truck. thanks, Andrew
