i just got my new bigblock and it has a oil cooler on it but no filter,is it a oil filter as well, it is about 20" by 10"" box have not seen one like this before
ive never ever seen an engine without an oil filter
some have remote mount filters
i found out what it is, its a remote oil filter but it is a case that you seperate and it has a fine filter that you inspect in the centre of the 2 halves i think the brand was racor. so its a bit of a bonus really
