I have an EB 4 speed auto, MPI converted. I was hoping someone could answer a question about oxygen sensors. What would be the symtoms of a faulty oxygen sensor? I have a few hesitation issues after starting the car and running it through the gears.The hesitation goes away after about 30 secs to a minute. Would a faulty oxygen sensor cause this?

doubt it very much. Oxy sensor registers air to fuel ratios and sends that signal to the computer. if it does it once it should always do it not just at start up or while cold.

No worries, thanks. Funnily enough today i had no dramas with the car, maybe the computer is starting to learn.

My EB does the same thing, I haven't looked at it yet as it has been doing it on & off for the last 4 1/2 years & is worse during the winter but I think it has something to do with fuel pressure reg.
