how do i remove that plastic thing on the bottom of my tail gate? cause the last owner backed into something dented the tail gate and made that plastic thing really loose but i cant find a way to remove it or tighten it so it don't wiggle anymore... any ideas?

Have you tried removing the rear inner lining of the tail gate, there should be a way to do it from inside.

yep i have it seems to be clipped on or something no screws or anything from the inside
i might go to a wrecker and experiment on the week end if no one here knows anything about wagons

it pushes down and locks on a keyhole type bracket, 4 or 5 of them along the tailgate

so do i just pull it off? or does it need some 'fancy' way of pulling it off?

open the door so its around chest height then push/clamp the mould in towards the taligate, then with your other palm tap it upwards....

nah not really .. you sorta jam the hatch against your chest and free up your own ...
