Pollishing out scratches..?

Hello people,
just wondering if anyone has any recomendations for pollishing out the scratches in my ea.
Heres a pic. 'silver slate' in color

I know nothing about this stuff, so any tips will be good

3rd EA Fairmont 5spd, low'd, extractors, exhuast, head
work, 3.45LSD, EL dash, interior+ El ECU
4th EB2 Fairmont, EL dash and interior, BBM, LSD etc etc
5th EB Fairmont Ghia 5L. All leather, lowered, exhaust etc

Try Auto Glym, I used it on mine(Galaxy blue)and it worked a treat,easy to apply and remove and does not contain silicone,and not as dear as Mcquires(which I am yet to try).
