you have to refresh the page for it to actually refresh from the 'net not from the cache

I have encountered the same problem on many occassions. There seems to be a problem with the server. I have deleted my cache but are still unable to get the most recent posts straight away. Its as though the pages are being read from the servers cache.

Could be the case - the server now lives behind a new firewall, and this may be caching the data.

I'll chase it up and see what I can do.

i have had the same problem.

i found that if you can see that there is a new post on the string heading but can't see it on the string page you can actually see it if you hit the post reply button and read the string from there.

Hi guys

I have made some changes to the way the firewall is working, so let me know if you still find this problem.
