power from a EF
Hey,
I'm getting Extractor's and a 2.5" exhaust put on my EF Fairmont tommorow, and its getting dyno'd too.
I was wondering what power i should be expecting from my car.
Thanks
P.S. also did all EF fairmont's (non ghia) come with ABS standard?
Thanks again
Toby

Re: power from a EF
I think I would expect around a 10rwkw increase for the inline 6, which is what I approximately gained when my EF Futura received extractors, 2.5" exhuast and hi-flow cat.

hard to guess what you will get on a dyno, it depends on the dyno and other factors, but i'd expect about 110rwkw if its in good nic :)

and it was on a dyno jet dyno
im a very happy E series owner now :D

132rwkw? Sounds like too much for an EF with just extractors! I dont know if id trust that reading! I could be wrong tho!

yeah i did
well the 178 is actual hp
but the initial reading was 172hp at the wheels :)
and before was 152hp i think at the wheels (which sounds right for a 155kw at the fly wheels motor)
