Easy: disconnect one pipe at rack end (one from pump) and crank engine with fuel pump relay removed or fuse and HT leads removed (so engine doesn't start)for a few moments with weight of front wheels (jacked up) while moving wheels or steering wheel from left lock to right lock a dozen or so times so most of oil is drained.
Refill and bleed by jacking up car so front wheels are off the ground, fill resevoir to cold level, again remove fuel pump relay (to stop engine starting) crank engine while moving steering wheel from lock to lock. Keep moving sterring wheel (or front wheels) and adding fluid until level stabilises
