Anything is possible - but if you want to register it (in NSW at least) you will hit a wall....

Normally aspirated -
In cubic inches - Original weight (kg) x 0.183
In Millilitres (CC)- Original weight (kg) x 3.0
Supercharged / Turbocharged-
In cu. in. OW (kg) x 0.153
In Ml (cc) OW (kg) x 2.5
