hey all,

i pick up my BA XR8 in a week... but i'm overseas, so i couldnt check on this fact...

besides the weak sub, how many speakers does the premium sound system have?? putting the gear from the old car into it and also wondered :

*will the 6 1/2" splits fit in the doors?
*will the 6X9 fit in the rear doors and rear parcel shelf??
*is there enough room to mount 3 amps on the back seat??
*how many amps is the new alt?

Premium sound has 2 speakers in front doors, 2 tweeters in windscreen pillars, 2 speakers on rear parcel shelf and 1 subwoofer on rear shelf. I've heard that the rear speakers are 7 x 5, not 6 x 9. Keep us posted as to how you go with your upgrade, I'm thinking of doing similar myself.
