Quick question, please help me guys!!!

Hello all...I'm new to this forum. I own a 1992 Exp XLT. Since last week, I've been encountering a problem while I fill fuel. As soon as the fuel is about to fill the tank, I see fuel leakage (I can surely say..."overflowing") from the bottom side of the SUV (not near the nozzle). It never happened before...It feels like, as the fuel tank is nearing full, it spills the excess.

Any ideas/suggestions on what's happening? and any idea on how much would that cost to fix? Please help me guys!!!

Thank you.

Sounds like you have broken the hose that goes from the filler neck to the tank or the breather tube from the tank to the filler neck has come off.

Sometimes there is a joiner hose from the filler neck to the tank.Check it out for cracks etc.
