Whats the best way to remove the red stripe around my AU XR6? Also has anyone done this, does it leave a mark ?

If your talking about the mouldings I would leave them om because there are locating holes under the mouldings.

Nah, not the moldings... just the red stripe on top of it... just looks like a red sticker, but doesnt come off like one :)

Hair dryer to heat the glue then slowly peel off. Use prepsol to take the excess glue off. It's generally not a quick job - bit of a pain in the backside .......

We do it a work alot and there is plenty of ways to do it but we use a rubber wheel that u pit in a drill speially designed for the purpose of removing pin stripes u could probably get one from a panel shop, it removes the stripes quickly and easly without damaging the paint, but if you can't get a hold of one Carolyns way is the next best thing
