Heya,

I need to remove my EF's front bar to refit some extra lights, can someone please either scan or writeup the appropriate sections of a gregories or similar manual? Im stuffed if i know where my one is, so if someone could scan it up, or just tell me what I need to do, that'd be a big help.

Ok you have got to release the inner gaurd from the bumper bar probaly easier to take it right out (only a few clips holing it in)

Then there is a screw either side at the back corner of the bumper going straight up.

3 screws underneath holding the metal plate to the k-frame

A 13mm nut either side just under the park light/blinker ( best to use a extension bar and a tube socket)

2 14 or 15mm nuts either side holding the bar to the rail ends.

Undo the horn wire and it probably should fall off
