replacment Throttle body

Has any tried a replacement thottle body such as the one offered but SS inductions or similar? A claim of 8Kw with an bigger airintake and K&N filter surely would be diesirable from most.

to fit what? i was thinking about trying to see if a I6 EF onwards one fits a EB 6 - the EA/D ones are oval and i think the EF one would be better - do SS do one for EA/D?
