jst got the car bak from the workshop, all fixd up and goin good afta bein f**kd on in an accident.
but the only thing is, they couldnt find a matching bonnet or bumper. they both look like shite and im gona get them done asap.
but wat colour should i get the bumper done? should i get it the original grey colour it was or go for the matching light blue colour that the rest of the car has? thanks.
that blue looks like the blue that they used on the EDs, the one that they coloured the bonnet from
hmmm, when i had the EA Fairmont, it was the same blue as yours, i colour coded the bumper bars and the side strips, i even did the grey part of the garnish blue, and you know what, it looked f***ing wicked, i even prefer over the white EA ghia I have now
Yeah just paint the bumper complete, so its all body colour, and just leave the red strip.
Have a look at the pics in my signature, i have don it.
Updates the look of the car heaps.
with mine, i just covered everything around it
ripped off the silver strip around the car
cause the EA Fairmont had that fat grey thing on it
so then i coloured it the same colour as the car
problem was that the colour of the car gets lighter and lighter every year unless you take care of it
so i added a bit of white paint into the can and that's it
coloured the side strip and the car looked pretty mad
i wish i wish i didn't smash it
the car only did 70k kms when i purchased it last year
everything was like brand new
it was awesome
I am going to do the same thing to my white ea ghia
just paint it all white and grab the white door handles off the EDs
just do the same thing as i did with the blue car
and then hopefully add some wicked neon under the car
rice it up a little bit, should look good though
Colour code and remove your side moulds would look good, or series 2 side moulds.. There is a guy on here 'CURTIS' who has the same colour EA, colour coded, with mags etc, and it looks pretty sweet.

Its not very hard at all to fix the bumpers, about 30 mins, a bit of glue and bobs your uncle.
No probs DPK, it just takes a little bit of effort.
Most of the time its the Plastic Boss' that the bar bracket screws into, they snap off.
i used Araldite.
