Just finished making the new door pods to fit my Focal Utopia 3 ways! I've only done one side, so I haven't tested them yet. Any critisism good or bad would be appreciated :)

man they look friggen sweet as, could be a little tighter at the drop off from the speaker to the flat section and you should fix the folds on the handle side of the door but otherwise they look kickass

Edit: u gotto do something with the old speaker section ew ugly can see the door insulation etc

Look realy good but as 6pac said the folds in the vinyl need a little work

Yeah I know, the Vinyl was hard as all fvck to shape, especially when your doing it on your own, but it's a pain in the arse to take off and fix. Will try harder on the left side :) As for the stock speaker locations, I will be putting some black cardboard over the sound deadener to try and hide it :)

yea thanks goodz. the only article I have seen was on autospeed, and they did it dodgy with mdf and space invader etc etc.......

I have always wondered how the hell you make the angled buildout jobs.....should be a great read.

Parcel shelf article would go down well too? Even a section to carpet a sub box?

I would like to do a tutorial on building sub boxes and carpeting them and all that, but I won't be building any anytime soon, so unless someone else is willing to document there next sub box construction, we're a bit stuck for that!
