has anybody fitted a au rocker cover to a 3.9.
if so does it go straight on.
and does anyone have one that they want to sell in QLD.
the reason for this is it is a better design as it doesn't have the half moon rubber at the front so it is less likely to leak.

I think the front of the head has a different half moon shape to the EA type head.The half moon is smaller on an AU then on an EA.I'll check this out for you.

if there the same as what a EF one is, i think it does fit, u should c if Bass_Crazy will reply, cos he put a EF rockercover on his AU.. Looks SWEET as. painted in Red as well..

EL/F Fit straight on. They have different ignition lead fasteners, so check that out.

Well looks like I don't have to look after all.I should of replaced mine with a EF one as well do to the apparent
"no leaks" from the front of the rocker cover.But the finish I achieved from a carteen of beer I an't swapping my candy apple red cover at this stage.So far fingers crossed after 12,000km since rebuild its not even showing signs of leaking.And the surprise is I used a cork gasket.
