heya peps, just wondering if ne one has done a respray and could help me out. i havent really looked into yet cause it wont be happening for a little while. just after some ballpart figure on the price of a respray the same colour so it would just be the exterior no inside the doors or nething. and also a rough idea on respray a different colour. so inside the doors and everything will have to be done.

If your car needs NO panelbeating or dentpulling whatsoever, just a basic rub back and paint, then i reckon your looking around $4500.
Different colour, probably around $6000-$7000, again, if no panelbeating work was required.

Resprays from the very basic job requiring no panelwork can set you back anywhere from 1500 dollars plus (quailty). But if you going to bother repainting the car you might as well pay a bit more and get a good job

You could even go as low as $700 for a paint job in acrylic.
Expect to pay more like $1500 for a decent acrylic job. Much more for 2-pak.

our 3 grand paint job started peeling after 4 weeks of getting hte car back, half the roof had bubbles form water in the gun, and the rear 1/4 was peeling BAD....

i done a better job, my first itime i sprayed a bonnet, without a regulator (was 4 times more psi that it should be) i had to play with the new compressor.... i rekon after that 3 grand job, we can all do a better spray with PAINT BRUSHES... if your gonna spray, do it yourself, or pay someone with a written aggrement....

the previous paint job, for 1500 we paid, just to apply paint... we had done the sanding and bodywork... had tonnes of runs in the clear... and he sprayed the whole car twice...

so thats tghe cheap ones for ya.. for mums xy... im gonna paint it... if it dont turn out good, ill re do it till i get it right... im ont gonnna let the car win...

if your in melbourne I do resprays for people (specialize in only full body) in 2pack paints .
charging $1500 for outside resprays and from $3000 up for full colour changes and I also spray candy paints etc.. and gaurantee my work .
if you want any examples let me know ..

hey ford forever, im in adel but for that price and a gauranteed job i would drive to melb for it. wont be happening netime soon but it will happen. some example would be gr8 mate.
