Self Test Problems

After converting to MPFI I am having a few problems with self test mode.
The car wont rev to signal that self test has been initiated. It will just idle lower than usual. The marks do move though so maybe its just my ISC?

I have also noticed that ocassionally after coming out of self test then switching it off the fuel pump will run until i turn the ignition on and off. This doesnt happen during normal driving, only after doing a self test

Any ideas?

Its interesting you say that about your fuel pump as mine never switches off when i turn the car off - i have to turn the key to off let the motor stop then turn it back on and let it do the prime which is when itll turn off. Itll turn off if I stall the car. Funny enough as well It didnt do this with the 4.0 auto computer and didnt do it when it was cfi either. We've tried a few ecu's (3.9 mpi 3 speed, 3.9 4 speed 2x ) and they did the same thing
