Has anyone come across a shift that will shorten the throw, for the current AUII manual? I heard of one company a while back but stuffed if I can remember it. :crazy3:
You just after a shorter stick or looking for something that shorten's the throw and lets you put real hurt on it without fear of breaking the shifter? If it's the latter there's a host of yank companies that do replacement shifters to suit our T5 gearboxes.

There are others but these make some of the better units. Note though that as they are for left hook drivers the levers are invariably tilted to the left so it may leave you stretching for 1st and 3rd. Ask me how I know...
Yep was the throw I'm look for. Thanks for the info. Do you know of any specific places to purchase?
As a work around to the lefty problem, I'm hoping it's possible to bend the gearlever shaft towards the right and back.
