I enquired about this conversion for my EA. You'll need all the MPFI gear, the loom, and the bigger fuel pump. It's not a cheap exercise, and I decided against it in favour of a new car (this process being sped up by thieves...)

I did this to my old eb 1 and it was not worth it you need the distributer.
fuel pump.
bracket to move the air conditioner compreser.
some heater pipes need to be moved and so do the refrigerent lines so re-gasing will be required.

Every one i spoke to said yeah just bolt straigt on no prob no prob my arse i had to get $800 worth of wireing done
