Firstly, you can change your diff gears to higher ones. XR6 used 3.23 or 3.45. This however will make the car rev higher on the freeway.
Secondy, you can do some engine mods which involve performance cam shafts etc. Check out www.crowcams.com.au.
Finally, if you want some real GO out of your EA off the line, put a 5 speed in the thing. IT's the best mod I have ever done, and I guarentee everyone else who has done it would agree.
ahahahah, traction control thats good, was that like the package that came with the uncontrollable ass end in the wet, and the stock body roll. popular option
No oil leaks from my baby either, although there is some bad oil leaks showing up in the garage and on the driveway, I haven't found the culprit yet. I doubt it is the AU, the Galant hasn't been serviced in well over a year so it could possibly be that and my brothers EA? Well I don't know about that, it spends most of its time in the garage, so that doesn't explain the stains on the driveway.
hmmm... better start nagging mum to have her car serviced before something goes wrong.
