go Ford,
specially mine any idea about my problem,
First thing in the morning i can drive my car and feels like a stock forte,but after about 20 mins of driving it seems to pick up alot more power,i have check the 02 sensor it reads 9 ohms at the sensor,also does anyone now the resistance for vct solidnoid i bought a new one and reads 12 ohms same as the old one.?.?.?

Probably just sensors getting up to speed, things tightening up a bit. Do you warm it up before driving off?

vct solinoid - don't know.

You shouldn't test oxy sensor with ohm meter it may ruin it. Best way is to use a oxy sensor tester or volt meter.

AU2 workshop manual says vct solenoid should be 23-45 ohms.

any chance from anyone putting a multimeter on the vct soilnoid and tell me their reading from a healthy vct car
